News on Our Safer Leith

We are beginning to get some great responses on our Our Safer Leith platform, but we want to get as many experiences as possible to help in our demonstration of women-orientated spaces within Leith so please get involved if you can! Although the outcomes are focused on women, we would love experiences from anyone that lives, works, socialises in Leith or has in the past.

We will be hosting a drop-in workshop at Waverley Gate on 28th June 2022 from 1pm-4pm for anyone wanting any more information, or perhaps if adding notes on a physical map is more accessible to you this is the place to do it!

The information gained in the duration of this platform being live will be utilised to design some suggestions for women-orientated design in Leith, and how this is possible within the legislation parameters at the moment. We can't wait to get started with this so you may see us beginning to sketch if you come on the 28th - see you there!
